Return and Refund Policy

Returns will be considered if the product has a manufacturer defect, or the wrong product was provided (i.e. design error).
Please contact us within 7 calendar days from date of delivery receipt.
The returned product must be unused and in original condition.
To initiate a return request, please message us or reach out via email from the "contact us" page.
If agreement to accept the return is reached, further instructions will be provided, and the refund will be initiated by Sublime Essentials Co within 24 business hours. Please note that timing of the credit being issued by the debit/credit card or bank establishment will vary.
The Seller has the right to refuse returns if the terms above are not met.
